You contact us. We investigate the problem instead of simply pointing you toward a knowledge-base article. Because we work with both infrastructure and websites themselves, we can usually look beyond the server and help identify what is actually causing the problem.

No. That is the point of managed hosting. We take care of the infrastructure, monitoring, backups and the technical work behind the service. You can still have access and control where you need it without becoming your own system administrator.

No. WordPress is a large part of what we work with, but our infrastructure also runs custom websites, web applications, APIs and services such as EstateSync and our own INI Apps. If your project has unusual requirements, talk to us before choosing a plan.

Yes. This is exactly where our development background becomes useful. We work with websites that communicate with external systems, run automated synchronizations, process scheduled jobs and depend on more than a basic PHP hosting account.

Yes, backups are part of the hosting service. More importantly, a backup is useful only if somebody can actually restore it when it matters. If there is a problem, we can help determine the appropriate recovery point and get the website running again.

Yes. Your website, domain and data remain yours. We don't believe hosting should be a way of locking a customer in. If you ever decide to move elsewhere, your website can move with you.

You speak to people who work with the systems themselves. We deliberately keep the distance between the customer and the person solving the problem short. For more complicated issues, that matters considerably more than another layer of ticket forwarding.

Usually, yes. We would rather adjust the infrastructure as the project develops than force every website into the same predefined box. If a project grows beyond what its current environment can comfortably handle, we can discuss the next sensible step.

You don't need to know in advance. Tell us what you are running, roughly how much traffic it receives and whether there are any unusual requirements. We'll recommend the appropriate setup rather than asking you to choose based on specifications you may never need.
